Our sessions are available to cater to your schedule in half hour or hour portions. The first meeting is devoted to assessing your fitness level, exercise capabilities, health history and goals. Be prepared to answer specific questions in order to better able us to customize your personal work out.
Machine availability will never be an issue as we limit the number of people that can be in the gym at any given time.
Be wary of expensive, longer term commitments, as personal training is just that; it’s personal.
We offer both half hour ($42) or hour long sessions ($68) to fit both your busy schedule and your budget.
